Zero Tolerance For SPAM
Simply put, spam is unsolicited, unwanted email. We find the proliferation of undesired email as frustrating and intrusive as you probably do. Spam and junk e-mail, is rude and disruptive. We don't do it and we don't teach it.
We have a zero spam tolerance policy in both our commercial and personal email practices. We comply with the requirements of the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography and Marketing Act), and other applicable unsolicited commercial email legislation.
To protect both you, the visitors to NIMSense.com and ourselves, the owners of this site, we monitor all subscriptions by logging date, time and IP address of the subscriber. We also require that you confirm with a return email that you do desire to receive communications from us. If you choose to subscribe (and we hope you will) -- to newsletters or opt into to other methods of communications our website, you will always have an option to unsubscribe freely and without delay.
